SOBA Reunion at PAF Base Islamabad

Dear Sargodhians,

Assalam o Alaikum,

SOBA Reunion 2025 is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 15 November 2025, at PAF Base Islamabad (E-9, Islamabad). It will be an evening event (1600-2200 hrs) hosted by Rawalpindi Islamabad Chapter. The activities would comprise Assembly/registration, Maghrib prayers, General Body Meeting, Dinner and Musical Programme. Detailed programme will be shared in due course by Chairman Rawalpindi-Islamabad Chapter.

To facilitate proper arrangements, all Sargodhians are requested to register with their respective Chapters by providing the following information:

  • Name & School / College Number.
  • Entry / Course Number.
  • House.
  • CNIC Number for non-armed forces Sargodhians and Pak/PA/PN Number and Rank for serving/retired armed forces Sargodhians.
  • Participation Status: Single or Accompanied (Please note: “Accompanied” refers strictly to spouse only. Children are not included.)
  • Accommodation Requirement for outstation members – arrangements may be made in PAF / Pak Army Messes and Guest Houses.
  • Transportation Requirement: Depending on demand, coaches may be arranged from Lahore and Peshawar (either through PAF or hired commercially).
  • Participation Charges for the event will be:
  • Single: Rs. 2,500/-
  • Accompanied: Rs. 4,500/-
  • Annual Subscription (if not paid): Rs. 1,200/- (Applicable to those non-life members who haven’t paid the current year's subscription).

Members may deposit the dues either online in the SOBA Bank Account or the amount may be submitted upon arrival at the venue.

Kindly ensure your registration is completed by 15 October 2025 by contacting your Chapter Management. Your timely response will ensure smooth planning and conduct of our gathering.

For Chapter Chairmen:

  • Please ensure that the registration process for the event at your end is completed by 25th October 2025.
  • Kindly forward the final list of participants to SOBA Head Office, Islamabad by 30th October 2025 in order to finalize the arrangements.
